Step 1
Start by filling out our pre-order form. Tell us about your family, your lifestyle, what you’re looking for in a Labrador. The more we know, the better we can match you with a dog that genuinely suits you.
This isn’t a complicated application. It’s a conversation on paper. We want to understand you so we can find the right dog.
Step 2
This secures your spot in our queue. It holds your place while we find and train your dog. Think of it as a commitment from you, and we match that commitment by finding exactly the right dog for your family.
Step 3
You’re now in our queue.
Typical wait is around 1 to 4 months, but this varies depending on availability and how quickly we source and train your specific dog. We don’t rush. We find the right dog and develop them properly. That takes time, and that’s actually a good thing.
Step 4
While you’re waiting, we’re working. We’re sourcing a Labrador that matches what you told us you wanted. Then we’re training them professionally to our standards.
This training is tailored to your specific requirements. If you told us you wanted a calm dog for a busy household, we’re developing that. If you said you’re active and want an energetic companion, we’re building that. Your dog is being prepared specifically for you.
They’ll learn obedience, recall, lead walking, settling indoors, and genuine reliability in real-world situations. Not just commands. Actual, useable training.
Step 5
When your dog is ready, you get to meet them. This is the crucial bit. You’re not committing to anything until you’ve met them and you’re completely happy.
We encourage all potential owners to spend time with your dog for a few hours. We will give a full demonstration of the dogs abilities when you are here to make sure you are happy.
If the match feels right you can take the dog home right away. If you’re not genuinely happy with the match, we’ll find you a different dog. We’d rather you say no now than regret it later.
We can also bring the dog to your home on a date that suits you, or you can collect from our facility.
When they arrive, we’ll help them settle, explain their routine, answer questions, and be genuinely available those first weeks.
Step 6
We don’t disappear once your dog’s home. We’re here for support.
Before they arrive, we’ll prepare you. We’ll discuss their training, their routine, what to expect those first weeks. We’ll give you guidance on settling them in and maintaining their training.
After they arrive, we do friendly check-ins. We want to know how they’re doing. If you have questions, concerns, or need guidance, we’re available. We stand behind our dogs and support families genuinely.
Typical wait is around 1 to 4 months, but this varies depending on availability. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
You’re not committing to anything until you’ve met them and you’re completely happy. If the match isn’t right, we’ll find you a different dog.
You collect your dog from our Skipton facility. We’ll arrange a time that suits you and talk you through everything at handover.
We provide pre-arrival preparation, settling guidance, and friendly check-ins during those first weeks. We’re available for questions and support as you adjust to life with your new companion.
